Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to answer you and process your case. Uploaded documents such as CVs and passport copies are kept on private storage that only our staff can open, and are deleted 12 months after your case goes quiet.

Who is responsible

Al Manarat Business Consultancy ("we") runs this website and decides how your information is used. You can reach us through any of our offices listed on the offices page.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, phone and WhatsApp number, email address and your message.
  • Job applications: your CV, passport copy and the details on the application form.
  • Consultation bookings: the office, date, time and topic, and your timezone so we show the right time.
  • Complaints: what happened and any evidence you attach.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser, kept with each form to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

To reply to you, process your job application or service, arrange and remind you about consultations, handle complaints, and meet our legal duties as a licensed recruiting agency. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we store your documents

Files you upload are stored on our server outside the public part of the website. They cannot be opened with a web link: only logged-in staff with permission can download them, and every download goes through that check. Emails to our staff say that files are attached but never include the files themselves.

Who we share it with

Only when needed for your case: with the employer for a job you applied to, and with the authorities and centres involved in recruitment — such as BMET, the Saudi embassy and GAMCA-approved medical centres. We share the minimum needed and never sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded files (CVs, passports, evidence) are deleted automatically 12 months after the last activity on your inquiry or application.
  • Finished inquiries, complaints and bookings are deleted 36 months after the last activity.
  • We keep records longer only when the law requires it, for example recruitment records we must keep for the authorities.

Cookies

We use a few necessary cookies: one to keep forms secure, one to remember your language, and, if you are staff, one to keep you logged in. Our visitor statistics are counted on our own server and are not used for advertising. When spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) is switched on, Google processes some technical data on the pages with forms.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted when we no longer need it for your case or by law. Contact any of our offices; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
