Al Manarat Business Consultancy helps investors, business owners and employers set up and run companies in Saudi Arabia. Our Jeddah office handles company formation, licensing, tax registration and government services. We are a registered company in Saudi Arabia (CR 7054823435), and most of our clients are expatriates who live and work in the Kingdom. Our offices in Dhaka and Feni also supply skilled workers when those businesses need staff.
What we do
- Business setup: MISA investor licence, commercial registration (CR), Balady licence, and VAT registration and returns.
- Government services: iqama, exit and re-entry visas, final exit, kafala transfer, huroob cases, health insurance and visit visas.
- Recruitment and manpower supply: screened, trade-tested workers from Bangladesh, from selection to BMET clearance and deployment.

How we work
We explain every step, cost and timeline in writing before you commit, give a receipt for every payment made at our offices, and never ask for money through personal accounts or agents. If anything goes wrong, you can make a complaint that goes straight to management.
